If you have an overwhelming desire to be screamed at by a prima donna chef with anger management issues, you should get your culinary self to Louisville’s Red Star Tavern, 450 S. 4th St., from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Thursday (Nov. 11).
Hell’s Kitchen, the Fox competition show starring explosive chef Gordon Ramsay, is looking for cooks from food lovers to experienced chefs to compete in the next season of the show. Casting is open to “outspoken, competitive, and engaging men and women, 21 and over” who “must be passionate about food,” according to the release.
